Prices are per van, not per person, in euros (€), VAT included. “Paris Center” means any address inside the city of Paris (the 20 arrondissements, within the Périphérique). For other addresses, tell us and we confirm the rate in writing. Your bank may convert the amount into your currency at its own rate.

How many people and bags fit in one van?

Up to 12 passengers and 12 large checked suitcases plus carry-on bags. Please tell us your exact numbers so we can confirm that everything fits.

How does the one hour of waiting work?

For airport arrivals, one hour of waiting time is included in your price, counted from the actual landing time of your flight. We track your flight, so a delay costs you nothing extra.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on request and free of charge. Seats and boosters are approved to European safety standards (UNECE R44 / R129 i-Size). Tell us the number, age and weight of each child when you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

Transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Versailles, Normandy and other tours: free up to 48 hours before. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged. See our Terms & Conditions for the full details.

Are tolls and the chauffeur included in the price?

Yes. The prices shown are fixed, in euros, and include tolls and your chauffeur. Palace admission tickets are not included.

Can I book a round trip?

Yes. For airport and Disneyland transfers, choose “Round trip” in the form and add your return date, time and flight number. The price is two transfers at the fixed rate, and each trip is confirmed in writing.

How do I pay?

When a route shows the “Pay & Confirm Booking” button, you pay by bank card on a secure page and your time slot is confirmed as soon as payment goes through. For every other request, we confirm in writing first and then send you a secure payment link.

Can I get a price for another trip?

Yes. Choose a service marked “Quote” or send us a message on WhatsApp. We reply with a fixed price.
